"GREAT SERVICE... Had a problem with my bike and the guys went over and beyond to help. They spent their own gas to drive me around to parts places to get a part that was hard to find. They gave great input and suggestions and even showed me how to work on my bike. I was driving from Port Lavaca to Houston to get parts and service, but these guys blow any place in Houston out of the water. Lets just say my trips to Houston have now STOPPED! "I would just like to say that Eric Mercer, Mingo and the whole service department at Velocity Powersports in Victoria, TX go out of their way to treat a customer like a customer. After my bike was in my local dealership (we won't name names) for 3 weeks, the issue not corrected, and my YES warranty not honored because I bought my bike out of state... I gave your dealership a shot. Your team at Velocity corrected the issue with my bike and had it back to me in 2 days. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment or service. You are definitely a dealership that backs the Yamaha product 110% whether you actually sold the bike or not and you should be commended.
