"After a year wait to get my bike, I decided to go to Velocity! The staff there is AWESOME!! Not once did they turn us away or not answer any questions that we had while trying to decide on what to get. Customer Service there is very genuine and they all do believe in taking care of their Customers. From the time I started looking into getting my bike, to when I went home with my bike...everyone has been GREAT! Also, I had a flat on my rear tire and the staff there worked together to get me a new tire and back on the road again. "First let me tell you that I am one of those buyers who researches online, test drives, considering every machine before purchasing. This new purchase will be my fourth ATV and I have a specific reason for selecting the Yahama Rhino. I researced the quality and reliability of the 700 cc engine and the transmission; the entire engine cooling system, the independent suspension system; front and rear, the disc brakes; front and rear and ground clearance. I spoke with Bill over the phone and he invited me to come in and look at the Rhinos. Bill's expert help, along with Eric and Kelli's input, including the service staff, helped me put together the "perfect deal." The added accessories were installed and Velocity delivered a great machine. I can tell you that this entire expericnce was enhanced by a dealership that really cares. This side-by-side turned out to be exactly what I wanted and hoped for!"

"GREAT SERVICE... Had a problem with my bike and the guys went over and beyond to help. They spent their own gas to drive me around to parts places to get a part that was hard to find. They gave great input and suggestions and even showed me how to work on my bike. I was driving from Port Lavaca to Houston to get parts and service, but these guys blow any place in Houston out of the water. Lets just say my trips to Houston have now STOPPED! "I would just like to say that Eric Mercer, Mingo and the whole service department at Velocity Powersports in Victoria, TX go out of their way to treat a customer like a customer. After my bike was at my local dealership (we won't mention names) for three weeks, the issue was not corrected and my YES warranty was not honored because I bought my bike out of state!! I gave your dealership a shot. Your team at Velocity corrected the issue with my bike and had it back to me in two days. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment or service. You are definitely a dealership that backs the Yamaha product 110%, whether you actually sold the bike or not, and you should be commended.
